What to Expect?

Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and Circuit Classes combine effective cardio exercises with strength training, ensuring a full-body workout that helps you burn calories and build muscle efficiently. Each class is designed to challenge you and keep you motivated, all while adhering to the principles of functional fitness.

All classes will be led by our dedicated instructor, Benjamin Harvey, who brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to every session. Benjamin is committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals and will provide personal attention to ensure you get the most out of your workout.
