On April 5, 2019, the Tribal Council determined that the Election Board terms of Norris King (Northern Area Election Board seat) and Nicole Edgewater (18-34 years old Election Board seat) had expired, leaving two vacant seats on the Election Board.
The current Election Board seats and terms are as follows:
On April 5, 2019, by Resolution No. 2019-49, the Tribal Council also amended the Election Ordinance to set 4 year timeframes for all Election Board Members so that the Election Board seats will always have staggered terms as follows:
The Tribal Council appoints Election Board Members as required by Article VIII, Section 4 of the Constitution.
