ARTICLE III - ORGANIZATION OF THE GOVERNMENT

The government of the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe shall include a Tribal Council, a Tribal Court System and a Tribal Administration. The Tribal Council shall operate in accordance with Articles IV and V. The Tribal Court System shall operate in accordance with Article VI. The Tribal Administration shall be subordinate to the Tribal Council and shall operate in accordance with Article VII.
