Beneficiaries of the Job Training Assistance Program must be enrolled Tribal Members of the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe.

A. Applicant must:
1. Be 18 years of age or older;
2. Be willing and able to hold down a part-time or full-time job;
3. Be the parent or legal guardian of a the child if requesting Temporary Childcare Assistance;
3. Meet the eligibility requirements for the Job Training Assistance Program as determined by the Tribal Council in accordance with the Job Training Assistance Program Handbook, including any income eligibility requirements set forth by any federal or state funded Job Training Programs, including but not limited to, the Bureau of Indian Affairs for the Bureau’s Welfare Assistance Program.
B. Any individual who knowingly and willfully misappropriates funds, property or information for personal or other use, not in the interest of the Tribe shall be subject to the penalties or disciplinary actions as authorized by applicable law and policies.
